PayDay is a startup that developing a fully automated digital mediation platform based on artificial intelligence to resolve sexual assault disputes that will allow sexual assault victims to receive compensation from those responsible for their harm, without meeting them, without leaving home, without being publicly exposed, and will reduce the risk of possible post-traumatic stress disorder. The application is an innovative technology that uses artificial intelligence to create a mediation process without mediators that is fully automated and through algorithms that will build a proposal for users to end the conflict based on the needs of the various parties for mediation, the nature of the harm, the relationship, the evidence of harm, cultural fit, and the wisdom of crowds on what has been agreed upon in similar cases. The innovative technology may significantly increase the chances of reaching an agreement on compensation for victims in a world where 99% of victims do not receive any compensation!

Our vision is to significantly reduce the amount of sexual assault in the world by creating an effective deterrent for perpetrators with a price tag attached to it, and to help the hundreds of millions of victims around the world who have experienced sexual assault receive compensation that will allow them to rebuild their lives and create a cheap and fast automated system to treat the hundreds of millions of sexual assault victims around the world every year who remain unanswered.
